Roberto Mignone has served as a member of Guardant Health’s board of directors since October 2024. Mr. Mignone is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bridger Management LLC, a multi-billion dollar investment management firm specializing in long-term equity strategies. Since its founding in 2000, Bridger Management has focused on the healthcare sector, in addition to its investments across global consumer, technology, and financial service companies. Prior to Bridger Management, Mr. Mignone co-founded and served as a partner of Blue Ridge Capital LLC from 1996 to 2000, an investment firm that focused on healthcare, technology, media, telecommunications, and financial services investing.
Mr. Mignone is a member of the Board of Directors at Teva Pharmaceuticals. He also currently serves as the co-Vice Chairman at the New York University Langone Medical Center. Mr. Mignone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
